Alex Bihn reaches 1600!

Alex, a 5th grader, reached a USCF rating of 1615 after playing at the Houston Chess Club Saturday tournament on October 22nd. He was ranked in the top half of competitors and scored 2 points out a possible 3. He is now the 13th club member to receive a rating of 1600 or higher. Congratulations and keep up the good work! Sanjay Annigeri reaches 1600!

Sanjay, a 7th grader, reached a USCF rating of 1659 after playing at the Klein Back to School Tournament. He placed an unquestioned first (no tiebreaks) in the 100 section, scoring 3.5 points out of a possible 4. He is now the 12th club member to receive a rating of 1600 or higher.
